Natively constructed APPLE CAKE

Think scratch cakes take throughout the day? This entirely sweet fall dessert tends to disagree! In three simple advances and 25 minutes of prep, this home-prepared treat could be yours for the eating. Warm apples, cinnamon and hacked pecans are what makes this reliable formula really overwhelming.


1/2 cup margarine, relaxed

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cups universally handy flour

1 teaspoon heating pop

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cups destroyed stripped apples (around 2 medium apples)

1/2 cup slashed pecans 1 quart vanilla or cinnamon frozen yogurt


1 Heat broiler to 350°F. Shower 9-inch round cake skillet with preparing splash with flour.

2 In enormous bowl, beat margarine and sugar with electric blender on medium speed until light and fleecy. Beat in eggs, each in turn. Mix in vanilla, flour, preparing pop, cinnamon and salt. Mix in apples and pecans. Spoon into skillet.

3 Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick embedded in focus of cake confesses all. Cool 10 minutes. Eliminate from skillet to cooling rack. Cool 10 minutes longer. Serve warm with frozen yogurt.
