MAKE-AHEAD MEATLOAF MUFFINS

A fast, divided supper ideal for feast preparing. We have this consistently, and the extras are extraordinary for my significant other to take to work the following day. The serving size is 1 biscuit, yet we for the most part eat 2.

             1 pound extra-lean ground meat

             1 cup diced modest cut tomatoes

Step 1.Preheat the stove to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Splash a 12-cup biscuit tin with cooking shower.

Step 2.Combine meat, tomatoes, bread pieces, egg substitute, 3 tablespoons ketchup, dried onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Fill biscuit cups with the hamburger blend.
