1 pound extra-lean ground meat
1 cup prepared bread pieces
¼ cup egg substitute
4 tablespoons ketchup, separated
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons stuffed earthy colored sugar
1 tablespoon apple juice vinegar
Step 1.Preheat the stove to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Splash a 12-cup biscuit tin with cooking shower.
Step 2.Combine meat, tomatoes, bread pieces, egg substitute, 3 tablespoons ketchup, dried onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Fill biscuit cups with the hamburger blend.
