A fast, divided supper ideal for feast preparing. We have this consistently, and the extras are extraordinary for my significant other to take to work the following day. The serving size is 1 biscuit, yet we for the most part eat 2.


             1 serving cooking splash

             1 pound extra-lean ground meat

             1 cup diced modest cut tomatoes

             1 cup prepared bread pieces

             ¼ cup egg substitute

             4 tablespoons ketchup, separated

             2 tablespoons dried minced onion

             1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

             1 teaspoon salt

             ¾ teaspoon ground dark pepper

             2 tablespoons stuffed earthy colored sugar

             1 tablespoon apple juice vinegar


Directions Checklist

Step 1.Preheat the stove to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Splash a 12-cup biscuit tin with cooking shower.

Step 2.Combine meat, tomatoes, bread pieces, egg substitute, 3 tablespoons ketchup, dried onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Fill biscuit cups with the hamburger blend.

Step 3.Mix staying 1 tablespoon ketchup with earthy colored sugar and vinegar in a little bowl to make a coating. Brush or spoon coat over the biscuits.

Step 4.Bake in the preheated stove until biscuits are not, at this point pink in the middle, around 35 minutes. A moment read thermometer embedded into the middle should peruse in any event 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
