Least demanding ever banana cake

Banana cake, otherwise known as banana bread, is probably the most effortless cake to make. Ever. This one is plain yet you can jazz it up with your #1 fillings as well. Check the tip at the lower part of the page to understand how.

Fixings

•             3 ready medium bananas (around 225g/8oz stripped weight)

•             3 enormous unfenced eggs

•             100g/3½oz delicate light earthy colored sugar

•             150ml/5fl oz sunflower or vegetable oil

•             275g/9¾oz white self-raising flour

•             1 tsp ground blended zest

•             1 tsp heating powder

Technique

1.Preheat the broiler to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4 and oil and line a 900g/2lb portion tin with preparing material or utilize a portion tin liner.

2.Peel the bananas and pound with a fork. Tip into a huge blending bowl and add the eggs, sugar and oil. Utilize a fork or rush to join.
