1-1/2 pounds Ground Beef (93% lean or more slender)

3/4 cup panko bread morsels

3/4 cup ketchup, isolated

1/2 cup minced onion

1 egg

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon dried thyme

3/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt


1 Preheat broiler to 350°F. Join Ground Beef, bread scraps, 1/2 cup ketchup, onion, egg, Worcestershire, garlic, thyme, pepper and salt in huge bowl, blending daintily yet altogether. Shape meat into 8 x 4-inch portion on rack in aluminum foil-lined grill container.

2 Spot on upper broiler rack in 350°F stove. Heat 45 to 55 minutes, until moment read thermometer embedded into focus registers 160°F; brush with staying 1/4 cup ketchup during most recent 10 minutes, whenever wanted. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into cuts.
