1/3 cup (75 mL) mayonnaise
1 tsp (5 mL) curry powder
2 green chilies, finely slashed
3 hard-bubbled eggs, cubed
4 challah bread (egg bread), cut 2 romaine lettuce leaves
1In a medium measured bowl, consolidate mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and green chilies. Delicately overlap in hard bubbled eggs and join.
2 Mastermind two bread cuts on a plate with romaine lettuce on one side. Top with ¼ of curried egg plate of mixed greens blend. Keep making sandwiches with the rest of the bread and egg serving of mixed greens blend.
