Cowpoke BEEF STEW

Fixings:

2-1/2 pounds hamburger Stew Meat, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 bundle (12 to 14 ounces) dried bean soup blend in with preparing parcel (not brisk cooking)

2 jars (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes with green peppers and onion

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) hamburger stock 3 cups solidified diced or hash-earthy colored potatoes

COOKING:

Absorb beans water for the time being in cooler as per bundle headings. Save preparing bundle.

Coat hamburger Stew Meat with preparing from saved bundle. Warmth 1 tablespoon oil in enormous stockpot over medium warmth until hot. Earthy colored 1/3 of hamburger; eliminate from stockpot. Rehash twice with residual oil and hamburger, including extra oil varying. Pour off drippings; return hamburger to stockpot. Channel beans; dispose of water.
