Barbecued CHICKEN BREASTS WITH FRESH STRAWBERRY

Fixings

             15 (6 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken bosom parts

             1 squeeze salt and pepper to taste

             3-3/4 serrano chile, cultivated and minced

             3-3/4 cloves garlic, minced

             1 tablespoon and 3/4 teaspoon bean stew powder

             1/3 cup and 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon raspberry vinegar

             3/4 cup and 3 tablespoons olive oil

             8-1/4 cups cut new strawberries

             2-1/2 teaspoons slashed new mint

             1/3 cup and 2 tablespoons white sugar

             3-3/4 serrano chile, cultivated and minced

             1-1/4 cups minced red onion

             1/3 cup and 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon raspberry vinegar

             1 squeeze salt and pepper to taste

             3/4 cup and 3 tablespoons harsh cream

Stage 1

Pound the chicken bosom parts with a meat hammer until 1/2 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper and spot into a resealable plastic pack or little heating dish. Whisk together 1 serrano chile, garlic, stew powder, and 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar in a little bowl. Rush in the olive oil until consolidated, at that point pour the marinade over the chicken bosoms, crush out overabundance air, and seal. Spot into the fridge, and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.

Stage 2

While the chicken marinates, throw the strawberries with the mint and sugar in a bowl. Spread, and refrigerate 60 minutes, at that point crease in the remaining serrano chile, red onion, and 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let the salsa remain at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.

Stage 3

Preheat an open air flame broil for medium-high warmth, and delicately oil grind.

Stage 4

Eliminate the chicken bosoms from the marinade, and shake off abundance. Dispose of the rest of the marinade. Cook the chicken on the flame broil until not, at this point pink in the middle and the juices run clear, 3 to 5 minutes for each side. Present with the strawberry salsa and a bit of sharp cream.
